The free one-day course covers everything you would need to know to run a volunteering event to improve your local waterway area\, including site selection\, health and safety and promotion. This project is funded by vinvolved.
Training days take place throughout the year\, and all participants will receive a certificate of attendance\, a t shirt and lunch. Travel costs can be reimbursed. Numbers are limited.

This event is FREE and suitable for all the family!
Teams will follow the simple map around the local waterways in Three Mills using orienteering skills. All participants will receive a certificate. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. This event is made possible with support from Thames Water.
