HSBC volunteer day

Volunteers from HSBC are joining us to help clean and green an area of the Lea River Park.  Thank you to them!

Leamouth beach clean - take two!

Back in March 59 volunteers did a grand job clearing this beach, but we now need your help again with one final push to make this beach as lovely as can be! 

 

Date: Wednesday 19th May 2010

Time: 10.30am – 1pm

Location:  Meet by the River Thames at Trinity Buoy Wharf, 64 Orchard Place, E14 0JW (see map below).  For more information about Trinity Buoy Wharf please visit www.trinitybuoywharf.com

 

We will be removing litter from the foreshore of the Thames on this sandy beach.  Access to the beach is down steps with a hand rail.  Please wear old clothes appropriate to the weather conditions.  All safety clothing and equipment will be provided.

Lea River Park Weekly Walks

walks start and end: Aberfeldy Neighbourhood Centre, E14 0NU.

Join us for our regular weekly health walks with Walk Tower Hamlets around the Lea River Park area.

The walks will take in local sites and nature spots and are dog friendly. Suitable for all the family. Toilet and refreshment stops on every walk. Please contact us in advance if you have restricted mobility.
