Three Mills Green

Three Mills Green is changing

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority who own and manage Three Mills Green and the London Development Agency have been working with their consultant team, Churchman Landscape Architects and 5th Studio, to develop proposals that enhance the existing open space at Three Mills Green.

Over the past few months the design has developed and changed in response to the comments we have received from stakeholders, and comments from the public at two events including a Family Fun Day on 8 May 2010 and the Thrilling Three Mills event on 27 June 2010.  On Monday 16 August 2010 the planning application was submitted to the London Borough of Newham and we will be updating this page once the application has been validated.  Funding for this project has been secured from the Thames Gateway Parklands fund provided by the Homes and Communities Agency and will contribute to delivering the objectives of the Lea River Park.
